Macquarie University Sports

Looking to get active or enjoy your time at the campus, Macquarie University has it all, ranging from sport to recreational activities. Becoming a member could allow you to become an active member of Macquarie University, to suit your fitness needs. Macquarie University offers services such as martial arts, social sessions such as table tennis, sports clubs, tournaments, and other social sports. These range of services offered in Macquarie University allows students to be fit and active, as well as enjoy different activities with other students, in order to be a part of the Macquarie University sport team.  Furthermore, students can also borrow sporting equipment such as cricket sets and soccer balls, for them to play with their group of friends in the campus.

Macquarie University also offers sports scholarships for students, and allows students to combine their full time studies, along with getting sports scholarships. As Macquarie University encourages students to be part of an active lifestyle, Macquarie University is a member of Elite Athlete Friendly University (EAFU) network, which has the aim in giving high support to students, taking on sporting and academic achievements whilst they are enrolled in campus.

Macquarie University is quitter active in summer, by having on board ‘swim programs’. There are experienced trainers willing to train people how to swim, and hold senior first aid certificates. If you haven’t check it out, you can simply check it online, on the following link, and get your kids involved too!

Macquarie University isn’t just about academic performance, rather it does take on the challenge in providing all students the access to an active lifestyle, by providing sporting equipment and other recreational activities.
