Research from universities worldwide which use PAL system says that one hour in PAL session is equivalent to 3-4 hours spent studying alone. Those students who attend PAL session on a regular basis are more likely to achieve better grades in their particular units then those students who do not attend at all.
Overall, PAL must be considered by all students wanting to do better and achieve better and higher marks in their subjects. It is a great way of learning and understanding the unit and helps you be more organised.
