Macqaurie Centre was first opened in 1981 to the public. Macqaurie Centre is located between herring, waterloo and talvara road in Macqaurie Park and owned AMP Capital. The centre operates from 10am-6pm. Macqaurie Centre consists of about 385 stores and services over four levels including Event Cinemas and is one of the largest shopping centres in New South Wales offering many retail, food and entertainment options. It is a great place for students to socialise and spend with their peers, have lunch, and possibly do shopping, or even go Event Cinemas and watch the latest movies.
